Sauren Construction Inc is a General Engineering and Building Company located in Newcastle California. It was founded in 2017 as a merger of two companies that were previously in operation since 2008. Sauren utilizes the talents of both its in-house work-force and close group of specialty contractors in order to meet or exceed the needs of our clients.

Steve Mays-President
Steve has twenty five years of hands on construction and management experience and is a co-founder of Sauren Construction Inc. During his career he has worked on a variety of large scale construction projects and has provided operational leadership at several challenging sites. He continues to lead the company, driving innovation and efficiency through technology and client focused business practices.
Kelly Mays-Secretary and Treasurer
Kelly is a talented Administration Manager, and oversees the daily administration operations of Sauren Construction. Her experience in construction accounting, public works, and human resources have allowed Sauren to grow at a steady rate over the last few years. In addition to maintaining the administrative functions of the business, Kelly also provides assistance with scheduling, contract management, and communication with our clientele and vendors. Her dependability and attention to detail are Top Tier!
